ORDERS & SHIPPING
When will my Order ship?
  One of our greatest strengths is our turn-around time.  We ship in-stock Orders within 2 business days.  Once your package is picked up by UPS, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number link.  You can also track your package by logging into your Account. During Holidays and peak seasons, our shipping times may increase due to high order volumes.
Changing - Cancelling Order
  Orders may be changed and/or cancelled as long as the Order has not shipped. All requests must be made through the Customer Service Department at 888.706.0633, Monday through Friday, 9am - 3pm CST. If the Order has already shipped, we will not be able to intercept your Order, and you will need to follow the guidelines set forth in our RETURN POLICY.
Shipping Costs
  We ship packages via UPS.  Shipping charges are determined once items are in your cart, and you've selected your UPS shipping preference.  At the Checkout Page, you will see your calculated shipping costs PRIOR to submitting your payment information.  We do not ship to any country outside of the USA.
Sales Tax
  If you are located within the state of Texas, you will be charged Texas state sales tax.  All customers located outside of Texas are not charged Texas state sales tax.
Coupon Code
  To use a discount Coupon Code, enter the Coupon Code in the box provided in the Checkout Page prior to completing your Order.
When will my Credit Card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charge immediately upon submitting your Order.  Your payment reserves your item(s) for shipping.
Product Inventory Availability
  If you want to be alerted when a product is back in stock, select the "Email me when Back In Stock" button which is located beside the product. You will enter your email address and click submit. When the product becomes available, you will receive an email that the product is back in stock. The product will NOT be reserved for you, so if you still want the product, you should order the item immediately. You cannot order (pay) for an item that is out of stock.
Tracking an Order
  Our products are shipped out Monday through Friday via UPS. Once UPS picks up your package, you will receive an email containing a UPS Tracking Number.

You can also log into your Account and select "My Account / Order Status" to verify the status of your Order.

Once your Order is en route, we do not have access to any better information than what you will find on the UPS website, so if you have any questions or concerns, it is best if you contact UPS directly.

Once UPS has delivered your package, you will receive a notification email informing you of the delivery.
