To change or cancel an item in your Order, log into your Account and select "My Account / Order Status". Next, select "Change Quantities / Cancel Orders" to edit your Order. If your Order has shipped, it will no longer be available to edit. Please contact Customer Service immediately at 888.706.0633. |

Log into your Account and select "My Account / Order Status" to verify the status of your Order. If your Order displays your Tracking Number, proceed to contact the Shipper. |
