Has my Order shipped?
  To check the status of your Order, log into your Account and select "My Account / Order Status".
How do I change or cancel an item in my Order?
  To change or cancel an item in your Order, log into your Account and select "My Account / Order Status".  Next, select "Change Quantities / Cancel Orders" to edit your Order. If your Order has shipped, it will no longer be available to edit.  Please contact Customer Service immediately at 888.706.0633.
How do I track my Order?
  To track your Order, log into your Account and select "My Account / Order Status".
My Order never arrived.
  Log into your Account and select "My Account / Order Status" to verify the status of your Order. If your Order displays your Tracking Number, proceed to contact the Shipper.
An item is missing from my Order
  Log into your Account and select "My Account / Order Status" to verify that the missing item was on your Order.  Next, email us at Sales@AR15Part.com and reference your Order Number, Contact Information, and what Item was missing, and a Customer Service Representative will contact you immediately to resolve your issue.
My product is missing parts.
  We apologize for the missing part. Please email us at Sales@AR15Part.com and include your Order Number, Contact Information, and what Item is missing, and a Customer Service Representative will contact you immediately to resolve your issue.
My Order already shipped, but I need to make a change!
  Please send us an email at Sales@AR15Part.com and include your Contact Information, Order Number, and issue, and a Customer Service Representative will contact you immediately to work toward a resolution.
