We are currently running 5-7 business days on shipping out orders. We are experiencing an extremely high order volume. In an effort to keep up with current demand and an ever-changing inventory, we are periodically disabling our payment system to meter/control the number of orders being placed each day so lead times are as minimal as possible.
This is the reason some customers are experiencing an error message about our payment gateway at checkout when attempting to pay for their order. THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY, not a permanent thing. This will allow us some breathing room to get caught up and stay on top of our fluctuating inventory.
Generally we will enable the payment system most weekday evenings at approximately 6 PM central time to 9 AM central time. If we receive too many orders, which we often do within the first two hours or so, we may disable the system earlier, sometimes MUCH earlier than 9 AM.
Also, we are doing our best to answer emails ONCE each day since we are currently not answering or returning phone calls. We have all of our resources focused on delivering your orders in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
